Set, Refine, Blur. Once the pack is closed, tap the base. The right amount of powder will appear on the velvet puff thanks to the chevron sieve. Take the puff and apply it all over the face to set make-up and refine skin texture. Press the puff onto the areas you want to blur and mattify. If you are using colour-correcting shades, press the puff onto the areas you want to target. If you are using the All Hours Hyper brush: remove the velvet puff and, once closed, tap the base of the case. Open the case and use the Hyper brush to gently apply the powder all over your face. For an ultra-matte finish: after applying All Hours Precise Angles Concealer, generously apply Hyper Blur Loose Powder under your eyes to illuminate the look, leave the powder to set for a few minutes, then use the All Hours Hyper Brush to remove any excess material.
