THE CREATION
The eau de toilette Un Jardin sur le Toit tells the story of a hidden garden, nestled in the heart of Paris. A square of nature that houses the roof of the Hermès house, at 24 rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré. Created by the perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena in 2011, this perfume pays tribute to this garden of pleasure and celebration.

THE OLFACTORY NOTES
Fruity and vegetal, the eau de toilette Un Jardin sur le Toit brings a crunchy apple tree into the air of Paris alongside the notes of a juicy pear.

THE OBJECT
Designed by Fred Rawyler, the bottle is inspired by the lantern lines of cars from yesteryear. The glass of the bottle comes alive with a biting green, bright and luminous. A member of the Hermès family, Philippe Dumas designed the illustration of this garden represented on the case with a breathtaking view of the city.

ETHICS
The bottle is filled using the 200 ml toilet water refill.

Un Jardin sur le Toit is a lively and pungent story. This fragrance tells the story of a secret garden, nestled in the heart of the city, in Paris. A hanging garden, perched on the roof of the building of the Hermès house, at 24 faubourg Saint-Honoré. 
An apple tree, a pear tree, a magnolia in the air of Paris, wild herbs create this scent of light and pleasure, crunchy and cheerful.
