Apply the cream morning and evening, following the massage techniques specifically developed for the face, forehead, and neck. Plump the face: Using alternating hands with light pressure, make six upward gliding motions below the chin, along the contour of the face, and under the jawline to the bottom of the ear. Smooth the forehead: Repeat the gliding motions, this time using the tips of your index and middle fingers and with more pressure. Start at the outer corner of your eyebrow and firmly smooth the skin upwards from the eyebrow to the hairline, all the way across your forehead. Lift the neck: Use your whole hand to gently press and smooth the skin upwards on both sides of the center of your neck.
