Apply the cream in the morning, following the massage techniques specifically developed for the face, forehead and neck. Plump up the face: Using alternating light pressure with your hands, make six upward gliding movements starting under the chin, along the contour of the face and under the jaw to the bottom of the ear. Smooth forehead: Repeat the gliding movements, this time using the tip of your index and middle fingers and with more force. Start at the outer corner of the eyebrow and firmly smooth the skin upwards, from the eyebrow to the hairline, all along the forehead. Lift the neck: use your whole hand to press and gently smooth the skin upwards on both sides of the centre of the neck.
