For a light intensity: spray a mist around your head and shoulders, letting the fragrance settle gently.
For a medium intensity: spray in a Y shape all over your body, starting at one shoulder and ending at the other.
For a stronger intensity: apply the fragrance directly to your pulse points and/or pulse points (wrists, inner elbows, and base of the neck). Your body heat will allow the fragrance to fully develop.
