After applying the treatment, use the palm of your hand to smooth deeply across one half of the face, working from the base of the neck towards the forehead, as follows:
. Ascending lines on the neck: from the collarbone to the jaw
2. Outwards along the oval of the face: from the chin to the ear
3. Lines running upwards along the cheek: from the jawbone to the cheekbone
4. Outwards: from the nose to the temples, following the cheekbone
5. Outwards towards the temples
6. Upwards across the forehead: from the base of the eyebrows to the hairline.
Repeat the whole sequence of movements on the other half of the face.
