Vanilla Chocolate is a composition of rich, gourmet and bewitching materials. Laurence Dumont is the first perfume house to have dared this duet simply simple. Natural vanilla and cocoa develop a complex fragrance consisting of several hundred different aromatic compounds. It seduces today by its olfactory construction balanced and loaded with emotion.

In the story, vanilla and chocolate are intimately linked. Prepared secretly by the Aztecs for millennia, it was used to sublimate chocolate in a drink for nobles and warriors. It was in 1519 that the first European, Hernan Cortes, had the honor of tasting this chocolate drink as a sign of welcome. Cortes, conquered by this drink, made him discover on his return to the court of Spain which fell under his spell. The two aromas together are then used for their aphrodisiac, stimulating and remain the favorite of gourmets.

Laurence Dumont selects high quality pure ingredients from the surrounding nature and natural vanilla extracts from Mexico and Madagascar. They are associated with a 100% natural alcohol, guaranteed phthalate free to obtain compositions with sincere notes that come alive on the skin. In the respect of the traditions, 21 days of maceration are necessary to guarantee a balanced olfactory construction. This work allows the subtle alliance of all the ingredients. Particular care is also given to the icing and filtration steps which determine the stability and consistency of the compositions over time.
