Blur Expert is an exceptionally fine, smoothing, perfecting powder veil that ILLUMINATES AND SUBLIZES THE SKIN thanks to ULTRA-PERFORMING make-up ingredients:
- The "HD matte light complex" ensures a finish that is both matte and ultra-luminous. Enriched with an ultra-pure and flawless mica and a high-tech ultra-smoothing powder, it provides excellent light reflection for a very natural, perfect skin result.
