He created for her the marvellous Shalimar Gardens and then dedicated the Taj Mahal, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, to her. This incredible story ignited the imagination of Jacques Guerlain, who in 1925 created Shalimar, the first oriental fragrance in history.
