To sculpt your body, apply morning and evening all over the body or to the targeted areas: thighs, buttocks, tummy, hips and arms, and massage using the application technique described below:
1. Stimulate the skin before application:
• Use your fingertips to give the targeted areas a firm, pinching massage
• With both hands, fists clenched, make rapid, intense up-and-down movements
2. Apply the product to sculpt your figure:
• On the legs, buttocks and hips: apply firm pressure, working your way up towards the groin to stimulate drainage
• On the stomach and waist: use your fingertips to make deep, circular movements in a clockwise direction around the navel
• On the upper arms: use one hand to apply dynamic, intense upward pressure, working your way up to the armpit crease
