1. TONING: Using the index fingers, rub up and down the sides of the nose along the nasolabial fold. Stretch from the groove towards the outside of the face as far as the ears, again using the edges of the index fingers.
2. LIFTING: Slide the palms of your hands flat along each side of the jaw, starting from the bottom of the chin and working towards the ears. Then perform a deep smoothing of the masseter muscles from the bottom of the cheeks up to the temples. Finish by smoothing out the crow's feet with your fingertips. This facial reshapes the oval of the face, enhances the cheekbones and redefines the contours of the face.
