From this world, which has so much in common with the world of perfumery, they have borrowed emblematic notes and a bewitching, intense aesthetic. Crafted from exceptional, highly concentrated ingredients, this fragrance offers unprecedented seduction.
Habit Rouge, the first amber fragrance for men, draws its inspiration from the world of horse riding so dear to its creator Jean-Paul Guerlain. Launched in 1965, its woody, spicy trail, enveloped by the roundness of vanilla, became an olfactory emblem of French elegance. Inspired by the intense, warm character of a bourbon, Habit Rouge Le Parfum evokes the tonality of a rum accord. It's the perfect introduction to the vanilla dye, created using Guerlain's in-house process. Accompanied by patchouli, this vanilla tincture gives the Habit Rouge signature an unprecedented depth.
