This non-greasy, two-phase express makeup remover combines an oily phase and a watery phase to instantly dissolve even the most tenacious waterproof makeup, while respecting the delicate eye area. The oily phase helps to loosen and remove long-lasting pigments, while the watery phase, enriched with a gentle cleansing agent, completes the makeup removal process. Biocils Waterproof leaves the skin feeling fresh and clean, without any oily residue. It offers express and comfortable makeup removal, suitable for all skin types.
WHEN: Use whenever you need to remove eye makeup. HOW: 1. Gently shake the bottle before each use to mix the two phases. 2. Apply to a cotton pad. 3. Place the cotton pad over your closed eyelids and eyelashes, then press and gently wipe to dissolve and remove makeup. Repeat until the cotton pad is clean. No rinsing required. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
