1. Apply a generous amount of Olaplex No.3PLUS pre-shampoo treatment from roots to ends on wet hair.
2. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse.
3. Then apply the OLAPLEX shampoo and conditioner of your choice.
4. Use every two or three washes, as needed.
