Dior Forever Skin Veil is a 4-in-1 radiance-boosting make-up base that visibly plumps the skin like a serum, moisturises like a cream, prolongs the wear of make-up like a primer, and protects like a UV base. Smoothed, even-toned and perfected, the skin is prepared for foundation application for a natural, radiant make-up finish.
