PREPARES
As soon as it is applied, this treatment envelops and softens the hair, ensuring the razor blade glides precisely for an effective and comfortable shave.
PROTECTS
A true skincare treatment with soothing and protective properties, it forms an invisible shield against irritation, minimises the appearance of redness and soothes razor burn thanks to Kinkeliba Phyt’active, the first exclusive active ingredient created by Sisley Laboratories. Sage extract complements this dual action by helping to remove impurities, leaving the skin clear.
PRESERVES
Finally, the Protective Shaving Treatment aids skin repair and preserves the skin barrier thanks to the benefits of allantoin. Shea butter and oil, the biosaccharide solution and plant-derived glycerine help to maintain hydration whilst providing comfort to the skin.
Its transformative cream-to-foam texture provides a rich cream that can be worked into the skin using circular movements to create a light, creamy lather that is easy to apply and rinse off.
A signature feature of the Sisleÿum for Men range, its fragrance—with woody, amber and spicy notes—combines with essential oils of marjoram, rosemary and sage to turn shaving into a moment of well-being.
The Protective Shaving Treatment is used as the second step in the Sisleÿum for Men routine, after the Purifying Cleansing Gel and before the Revitalising Toner.
Take a small amount of the Protective Shaving Treatment and apply a thin layer to clean, damp skin. Use gentle circular movements to work the product into a lather on the beard, then proceed with shaving. Rinse off any excess and gently pat the skin dry with a clean towel.

After rinsing, the skin is instantly moisturised, feels more comfortable and does not feel tight. It is soothed, relieved of razor burn, and the skin’s barrier is protected.
With repeated use, the skin becomes less sensitive to the mechanical action of shaving, and feels softer, smoother and fresher.
