Apply Integral Shower Gel to damp skin and hair in circular movements, working up a lather, then rinse. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Apply the daily moisturiser morning and night to a perfectly cleansed face and neck.
